Event Photography & Videography

By attending a Debaterverse event, you acknowledge that photography and videography may take place. This content may be used in:

• Social media posts
• Website features
• Recap videos and highlight reels
• Partner promotions
• Press or media coverage

If you do not wish to apear in photos or videos, please notify the organizers at the registration desk or via email at hi@debaterverse.org before or during the event.

Media Submission Policy

When you submit photos, videos, essays or testimonials to Debaterverse (e.g through the Debater's Tribune or a contact form), you agree that:

• You have the right to share the content.
• You grant Debaterverse the non-exclusive right to publish, edit and share the content across our platforms.
• You will be credited appropriately unless anonymity is requested.
• We will never sell your media or use it in a misleading context.

Attribution & Credit

Debaterverse is commited to properly crediting creators, speakers and photgraphers. If you believe credit has been omitted or misattributed, contact us at hi@debaterverse.org and we'll resolve it promptly.

Request for Removal

If you appear in a photo or video and wish to have it removed or blurred, email us with a link or description of the content. We will address requests as quickly and respectfully as possible.

Partner Content & Third-Party Media

We may share media produced in collaboration with partner organizations or external photographers/videographers. In these cases, usage rights and permissions are governed by individual agreements. We always aim for transparency and proper credit.
